If you are planning to settle in to one of the world's most dynamic cities, Beijing, this site will give you a starting point and/or basic information you need. We hope you will find the details useful to make your move to Beijing easier for you and your family. Outpost exists to help Shell’s employees and their families deal with the challenges in expatriation. In doing so, it is part of the value proposition for international assignments, and supports Shell by improving mobility.
Outpost’s objective is to offer non-contractual (i.e., excluding terms and conditions) information and support regarding expatriation. It complements Shell’s HR functions that provide contractual (i.e., terms and conditions) information and support to employees and their families.
